Frequently Asked Questions

A: Your car will be collected within 72 hrs of agreed sale, anywhere in the UK mainland.

A: No, we can only collect your car from the address stated on the V5 document

A: There are no hidden admin charges. If for any reason you are unable to provide the original log book for the vehicle, we would require £500 holding deposit until the original log book is provided.

A: We offer payment within 24hrs of collection (*Subject to viewing), or a fast payment option for £39 where we can provide instant payment on collection.

A: We cannot accept cars that:

  • Are without a valid MOT
  • Have major accident damage
  • Have tyres which are not road legal
  • Are categorised as insurance category A, B, N (formerly C) or S (formerly D)
  • Have been written off or stolen
  • Are imported or exported cars
  • Have a mechanical or electrical fault
  • Are non-UK registered cars

A: You will need:

  • To have owned your car for minimum of 3 months
  • A valid red V5C that matches your name, address, and the number plates
  • A valid photo driving licence or your passport
  • Evidence of your car’s service history
  • At least one set of car keys
  • All accessories and parts that came with the car
  • Proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement, if you’re dropping your car off to us
  • To be the owner (registered keeper) of the car you want to sell.
  • A minimum of 6 months MOT on your vehicle
  • Owner’s manual must be provided

If you’re missing any service history, let us know during the online valuation.

A: Your online valuation is valid for 10 days.

A: Yes, we do buy trade cars from reputable used car dealers.
